Ukrainian Forum for Chefs and Cooks “It’s All About Poultry”

The best present you can give yourself for the upcoming holidays is the training at GastroHub!
From 3 to 4 December, we will host a forum about poultry for chefs and cooks under the name “IT’S ALL ABOUT POULTRY”, organized by the training centre Fontegro.
The forum will tell you about the great possibilities of cooking poultry dishes in a professional kitchen. 9 chefs will show and talk about the details of unusual dishes and new ideas. You will:
 
- understand the food chemistry;
- find out about European and Asian techniques for cutting duck and chicken;
- learn how to cook Pipa Duck (a Chinese poultry dish);
- discover such a technique as pairing for poultry and citrus fruits in dishes;
- learn about techniques for working with fowls;
- find out how to cook classic and modern sauces for poultry; etc.
All dishes prepared on stage can be tasted.
