Official opening of the Gastro Hub Bakery

On December 12, 2019, the Gastro Hub Bakery at “Stolychnyi” Market will be officially launched!
 
Gastro Hub Bakery is a new unique space for interaction of community, product manufacturers, bakery and pastry scientists. It is a joint project of “Stolychnyi” Market and “Profitex Ukraine” company on the base of the multifunctional space Gastro Hub.
 
The BAKERY zone is equipped with consideration to the latest innovations in the European bread making culture and will help professionals to master, learn and test modern baking ingredients and technologies.
A unique tandem of technological facilities of GASTROHUB and GASTROHUB BAKERY will allow professionals to expand their horizons and fulfil any creative ideas.
 
 
The program of the event will include:
 
13.30 - Master class. TRICKS, FUCKUPS and important details when launching your own bakery. Speaker - CEO deputy of PROFITEX GROUP Anatoliy Prymenko. He has 15 years’ long experience in startups of restaurants, bakeries, and hotels.
 
14.00 - Master class. CHRISTMAS PASTRY- stollen, muffin, strudel. Speaker - Brand chef baker of PROFITEX GROUP Vita Kozar. She has 30 years’ long experience in startups of bakeries.
 
15.30 - Master class. FRENCH PASTRY AND BREAD CULTURE OF FRANCE. Tabatier, Butterfly Bread, Baguette, Brioche. The tricks of French technology “Pate Enzyme”. Speaker – A SPECIAL GUEST – Brand Chef Baker of “EUROFOURS” Simon Antoine.
