ASIAN CUISINE FOR BEGINNERS. THAILAND.

On 2 November, GastroHub starts the school “Asian Cuisine for Beginners”! The first master class
will be devoted to Thai cuisine, which is 6 hours of stories about ingredients, cooking, and 12
individual places for cooking. Under the guidance of the school’s teachers – the chefs Stella
Klimenko and Konstantin Chernenko – you will be able to prepare various recipes in stages, and then
apply this knowledge without problems at home.

Menu:
- The most popular Thai spicy soup: Tom Yam
- Seafood noodles: Pad Thai
- Salad: Yam Khor Moo Yang (grilled pork with lemon juice and herbs: parsley, cilantro, sweet
onion and lots of chili peppers)
- Dessert: Khao Neow Mamuang (mango, sticky rice and a layer of sweet coconut cream)
