Alexandr Brazhevsky. Seminar on Confectionery Art.

December 6th at the GastroHub will host the "Seminar on Confectionery Art" by Alexandr Brazhevsky!
 
Alexandr Brazhevsky is one of the best chocolatiers in Ukraine. He studied at the International Culinary School in France and assisted many famous French chefs. He Certified technologist, pastry chef and chocolatier, resident of the DGF International Culinary School, Laureate of the National Championship of Ukraine in Confectionery 2015, Member of the Ukrainian team at the World Confectionary Championship 2016 (Mondial des arts sucres).
 
SEMINAR PROGRAMME
Practical recipes from Alexandr Brazhevsky:
- Macarons with flavours: raspberry-litchi, mango-curry-lemon, sea buckthorn,
marzipan-orange
- Marmalade: strawberries-lime-mint
- Cookie “Tuiles”
- Dessert “Pearl of Mango-Coconut”
- Candy enrobed with chocolate, using chocolate transfer: milk chocolate-
cinnamon-coffee

Programme includes
