Federico Vedani with his pastry masterpieces at GastroHub

On April 3th. for all lovers of sweets in GastroHub will be held a master class of pastry chef Federico Vedani. Federico Vedani - demonstration technologist IRCA Academi, an experienced pastry chef who passed an internship by Ernst Knam -
one of the most famous confectioners in Europe. At the master class, participants will learn making technique of Gelato ice cream using a freezer - a special machine that cools and simultaneously fills the future with gelato and a stabilizer base.
As well, the pastry chef deepens in particular the baking of garnished sweets and gluten-free desserts. It will be interesting and tasty!
