On 27 July, GastroHub will host the Fifth All-Ukrainian Competition of Bakers organized by Denys Suhoviy Bakery School with the support of the Guild of Bakers.

5 worthy rivals will meet in the final. On the day of the competition, from 9:00 to 14:00 o’clock according to the regulations, they have to prepare 5 kinds of bread : traditional French baguette, malt rye bread, decorative and blended bread, brioche, and at the end – a secret task from the jury.

You can follow the process directly from the inside, through the transparent wall of the Bakery School, as well as on a live broadcast in the GastroHub. While the contestants are fighting for the first place, the invited speakers and partners of the project will tell you about the peculiarities of baking business, possible challenges on the way to establishing business, international standards for food production, and teach you how to pick up staff, keep records on production and store bread properly.

This event will be interesting for not only the professionals but also the visitors who want to learn how to bake their own bread at home and those who want to open their own bakery and surprise guests with quality fragrant products.
